Villas are beautifully furnished with a variety of different bedding options with bright, airy interiors that are tastefully furnished. Each unit offers ceiling fans, tv’s and a coffee maker to get your morning started right!
Our One bedrooms adjoining a large, open great room that encompasses the kitchen, dining and living areas including a full length balcony. In these Villas, the full capacity kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. A full size washer and dryer are available in all One and Two Bedroom Villas.

Brunswick Plantation is one of the premier communities in Brunswick County. This is one of the nicest developments you will find in the Myrtle Beach southern North Carolina area. The 5 golf courses are great and the planned communities and lodging is as good as any in this area.
Golf Courses
Farmstead Golf
It is the only par 6 on the strand and is located only a short drive from North Myrtle Beach on the North Carolina border. The convenient location and beautiful fairways winding through native coastal grasses and sparkling lakes make this course popular.
The Farmstead course starts in South Carolina and ends in North Carolina gives every Farmstead player something share with buddies. It is 679 long yards from the white tee with a slight dog leg left. Water on the left will swallow your shot if you try to shorten the hole just a bit by cutting the corner. Now I know what you are thinking, this gives me a better chance at par or birdie on the course signature hole. Yeah you can do it but… you will still need four good shots to reach the green.
Thistle Golf Course
Thistle course is excellent, with many different challenges. This course is immaculate and manicured that will absolutely blown you away.
There is lots of sand and water which can frustrate you if you are a slicer or hooker. And Yes! most play this course over and over again.

Well, the trip is over, and we are all back to our regular routines. I just wanted to share with you some of our experiences.
The condo, (amazingly familiar) worked out fine. One little problem where some of the guys said the tub shower drain was very slow. I plunged it for them.
As for the golf…
SandPiper, was extremely wet, since it rained so hard the day before. Still a great start. 7 out of 10.
Farmstead, much better condition, and a good challenge. 9 out of 10!
The Pearl, We had played this 20 years ago. It is showing its age. 8 out of 10!
And lastly….
Thistle Golf Course! A true diamond! I felt it necessary to print a recommendation on their web site!
All four of our group rate this an 11 out of 10! From the Gate Station to the Bag Drop, to the Pro Shop, and especially we include Tracy, who was the Starter, nothing but smiles and warm conversations doing everything possible to make our experience First Class! As for the Club House, my brother-in-law Terry previously owned a beautiful course in Georgia and he could not get over the design and class of this gorgeous building!
I would have to recommend that when you plan future trips you finish them with Thistle as the Crowning Event!
Otherwise, all of the clubs treated us well, and lunch in all, delicious and served with a smile!
As a group, we thank you very much for all that you did to make this a most memorable trip.
