Ocean Ridge Golf Planation

Ocean Ridge is one of the premier communities in Brunswick County. This is one of the nicest developments you will find in the Myrtle Beach southern North Carolina area. The 4 golf courses are great and the planned communities and lodging is as good as any in this area.

Lion’s Paw Golf

Lion’s Paw terrain is partially tree-lined along a rolling topography, with mounds and slopes along the fairways and greenside. The putting surfaces are generally small and mildly sloping and the greens were updated to MiniVerde in 2011. Land in regulation and good scores can be had.

Tigers Eye Golf

This is one of the most scenic courses in the area with great play for a range of players. The forward tees are very friendly for the higher handicappers yet challenging enough to keep it fun. This is more mature than Leopard’s Chase and therefore has more foliage and shade in the summer. The fairways are beautiful, not lined with homes, although the homes that are in view are lovely and far enough away. Extremely neat layout, one-of-a-kind. Greens are hard but consistent. Tip- land it short and run it up.
